The target group for the new performance-based share bonus system established by fiber company Spinnovan is approximately 22 individuals. The board has decided to implement this system for key personnel in the group during the period of 2024-2028. Fees paid out from the first earning period will be a maximum value of around 992,000 Spinnova shares, which includes a portion paid in cash. According to a press release, any fees paid from the system will be distributed partly in shares and partly in cash, with the cash component intended to cover taxes and statutory social insurance contributions incurred by the participant.
Bonuses will be paid within five months of the end of the earning period, and no bonus will be paid if the participant’s employment or business relationship ends before it is distributed.
