The negotiations at Alma Media’s centralized advertising sales and digital advertising development organization have been finalized, resulting in a reduction of 28 personnel years. Initially, a maximum reduction of 38 person-years was announced at the start of the negotiations. The majority of reductions were achieved through separation agreements, while eight people were able to find new positions due to job description changes.
