The new Q27G3XMN/BK 27-inch monitor from AGON by AOC is an affordable gaming option that combines MiniLED technology with excellent performance and HDR capabilities. Its Fast VA panel offers a QHD (2560×1440) resolution, supported by MiniLED backlighting with 336 dimming zones, allowing for deep black tones and bright points to be displayed on the same screen.
Full Range Local Dimming (FALD) technology enhances the HDR experience by allowing parts of the screen to be completely black while maintaining high brightness in others. The monitor produces 1.07 billion colors and has high color gamut coverage (+95% DCI-P3). It offers a refresh rate of 180Hz and a GtG response time of 1ms, making it suitable for fast-paced gaming.
The ergonomic stand of the monitor provides multiple adjustment options, including height, tilt, rotation, Flicker-Free technology, and Low Blue light protection to reduce eye strain during extended gaming sessions. Additionally, the Shadow Control feature allows gamers to customize visuals by adjusting shadow levels and highlights for a better gaming experience.
Adaptive-Sync technology is also included in the monitor, which allows for variable refresh rates to eliminate tearing and stuttering caused by frame disparities. Covering Sight (Dial Point) improves accuracy in FPS gaming where aim is critical.
The OSD features can be adjusted using AOC’s G-Menu software or directly on the monitor itself through OSD buttons. The Q27G3XMN/BK will be available in November at a suggested retail price of €399.
