Armenia’s Prime Minister Pashinyan Congratulates New Secretary General of Council of Europe on Election Amid Complex Geopolitical Challenges

Armenia’s Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan congratulated Alain Berse on his election as the Secretary General of the Council of Europe.
