Defensive lineman Malik Autry, the top pledge for Auburn, recently received a fifth-star from 247Sports. In addition to Autry, Auburn has also addressed needs along both the offensive and defensive lines.
ESPN’s Craig Haubert has praised Auburn’s early recruiting strategy, especially their focus on both lines. The Tigers have commitments from three highly rated defensive linemen in Autry, Jourdin Crawford, and Jakaleb Faulk, which has contributed to their No. 8 ranking. Crawford, Faulk, and Autry are all standout prospects from the state of Alabama, known for their size, athleticism, and skill in the trenches.
As Auburn prepares to rebuild its offensive line for the upcoming season, they have received commitments from four-star recruits Tavaris Dice and Carde Smith.
