The World Sustainability Summit is coming to The Sustainable City – Dubai on April 25 and 26, hosted by the C Institute at their Sustainable Institute building. This event focuses on the urgent need for global net-zero emissions and provides a platform for industry experts, researchers, and academics to discuss the latest strategies and solutions for accelerating climate action.
Engineer Fares Saeed, Founder and Chairman of the C Institute, highlighted the importance of reaching net zero emissions and emphasized the Institute’s commitment to educating and inspiring future sustainability pioneers. The summit will feature prominent speakers from various industries and international researchers presenting 75 research papers on topics such as climate neutrality, circular economy solutions, and building resilient cities.
In addition to scientific discussions, the summit will include a 5-day training camp to nurture emerging companies in the sustainability field. Successful startups will have the opportunity to join the “Bidayat” business incubator program and test their solutions in The Sustainable City in Dubai, as well as access to investors and early grants to support their growth.
The summit is organized in cooperation with C Holding, a leading company in sustainable city design, construction, and investment. C Holding works closely with the academic team at C Institute to promote climate neutrality goals and provide partners and entrepreneurs with the knowledge and tools needed to achieve the United Nations goals for climate neutrality by 2050.
