Standing at 6 feet 4 inches and weighing 190 pounds, Blair chose Notre Dame over several other top programs, including Virginia Tech, South Carolina, Louisville, Penn State, Florida State, and Michigan. During his announcement, Blair toyed with the hats of Penn State and Michigan before ultimately revealing his choice to join the Fighting Irish.
