The Indianapolis Colts made significant strides on Thursday with the signing of five of their draftees, as announced by the team. Among those signed were first-round defensive end Laiatu Latu, fifth-round linebacker Jaylon Carlies, fifth-round cornerback Jaylin Simpson, sixth-round cornerback Micah Abraham, and seventh-round defensive tackle Jonah Laulu. With these signings, these players are now officially under contract with the Colts.
Jonah Laulu, who was the 15th overall selection in the draft, is particularly noteworthy. His signing adds depth and talent to the Colts’ defensive line.
