St. Joseph is set to host its first Local Business Dodgeball Tournament next month, providing an opportunity for businesses in the area to put their skills to the test. Rhonda Juell, Director of St. Joe Parks and Recreation, was inspired by a successful dodgeball tournament she saw in Arizona and decided to bring the same excitement to her hometown.
Juell reached out to local businesses to gauge interest and was thrilled with the response. The tournament will be held on May 29th at Kennedy Community School and is open to all companies, both within and outside of St. Joseph. Each team must have a minimum of eight players.
The tournament will follow a double-elimination format, with the winning team receiving a championship trophy to proudly display. Registration for the event is $20 per team and must be completed by May 23rd. Those interested in participating or finding out more can visit the provided link for registration details.
This event promises to be a fun and exciting opportunity for local businesses to come together for some friendly competition, while also bringing the community closer through sport and camaraderie. Don’t miss your chance to join in on the action and showcase your dodgeball skills at this first-of-its-kind event in St. Joseph!
