On Saturday, April 27, students from all four Oakdale Elementary schools will participate in the 26th Annual Elementary Science Olympiad. Teams from Cloverland, Fair Oaks, Magnolia, and Sierra View have been busy preparing for the competition. Approximately 300 elementary school children from across the county will be taking part in the event, which will be held at Walnut School in Turlock from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Several elementary schools are scheduled to participate in the Science Olympiad, including Agnes Baptist, Cloverland, Dennis Earl, Fair Oaks, Fremont Open Plan, Great Valley Academy, Hickman Charter, Hughes, Julien, Keyes, Magnolia, Our Lady of Fatima, Sierra View and Walnut.
