The Biden administration is proud to boast about the strength of the economy, but many Americans are not convinced. According to a recent Pew Research survey, only about 4 in 10 Americans believe their personal finances are in excellent or good shape. In contrast, less than a quarter of Americans feel the same way about the nation’s economy.
This discrepancy between how Americans view their personal finances and the overall state of the economy was also evident in a survey conducted earlier in March this year. Nearly three quarters of Americans believe that strengthening the economy should be the top priority for the president and Congress.
