From Bowl to Commercial Kitchen: Arnold’s Moore Crunch Pretzel Master Encourages Autism Acceptance

In Arnold, Maryland, Marcus Moore is proving that people with autism can achieve great things through his pretzel business, Moore Crunch. The 24-year-old started his brand less than a year ago and has since grown it significantly, moving from mixing pretzels in a bowl to working in a commercial kitchen and introducing new flavors like sour cream and onion.

Moore’s pretzels are now available in various stores including Fishpaws Marketplace, Eddies of Roland Park, Geresbeck’s Food Market, Graul’s Market, and Green Valley Marketplace. They can also be found at The Johns Hopkins Hospital, Sinai Hospital, the National Aquarium, Camden Yards and other places. Moore is currently on a “Crunch Crew Tour” where he visits places that sell his pretzels to meet new people and share his story of empowerment.

Throughout April which is Autism Acceptance Month, Moore is focused on showing that anything is possible for people with autism. He encourages others not to let anyone limit their potential and believes there is always a way to achieve their goals. Moore is also fundraising to expand his business further, hoping to get a larger commercial kitchen and hire more staff. He also aims to give back to children with autism by demonstrating his commitment to making a positive impact in the community.
