From Hiatus to a Blockbuster: Shakira’s ‘Las Mujeras Ya No Lloran World Tour’ Comes to South Florida!

Shakira is back on tour, after a six-year hiatus. The singer has announced her first North American tour, titled “Las Mujeras Ya No Lloran World Tour,” which includes a stop in South Florida at the Kaseya Center in Miami on November 20. This tour comprises 14 shows across the continent and marks Shakira’s return to performing live since 2018.

The news of the tour was revealed by Shakira during a surprise appearance at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival last weekend. The singer took her fans by surprise, as she had not announced any plans to go back on tour.

Shakira’s latest album, “Las Mujeras Ya No Lloran,” which translates to “Women No Longer Cry,” is the inspiration for the tour. Released last month, the album debuted at No. 1 on Billboard’s Latin American and Latin pop album charts. It is Shakira’s first studio recording since 2017’s “El Dorado.”

Fans in Miami will have the chance to see Shakira perform live on November 20th at Kaseya Center. Tickets for this show will be available for sale starting Monday at 10 a.m., with presale tickets offered to members of Shakira’s fan club, the “Wolfpack,” on Friday at 10 a.m. Interested fans can sign up for presale access until Wednesday at 11:59 p.m.

Shakira, who resides in Miami Beach, last performed in Miami in 2018. She famously shared the stage with Jennifer Lopez at the Super Bowl LIV halftime show at Hard Rock Stadium in February 2020.

Overall, this is an exciting news for Shakira’s fans who have been eagerly waiting for her to get back on stage, and it’s a testament to her enduring popularity and talent as a performer.
