World Emblem, a Houston-based company, marks 30 successful years in business

World Emblem, a global leader in patch and emblem manufacturing, is celebrating its 30th anniversary in business. Based in northwest Houston, the company produces an impressive 250 million emblems and custom products annually. From humble beginnings as a small shop in New Jersey in 1993, World Emblem has grown to include nine locations worldwide and employ over 1,000 individuals.

Chief Operating Officer Jim Kozel shared that World Emblem offers flexible solutions for all orders, with a minimum quantity of just one garment for embroidery services. Whether a customer needs one garment or thousands embroidered, World Emblem can accommodate the request. Some of the company’s most notable clients include the NFL, Levi’s, New Era, and Perry Ellis.

Kozel emphasized the company’s personalized approach to every project, stating that all products are made specifically to meet the unique needs of each client. Visitors to World Emblem’s facilities can see firsthand the intricate work being done, including embroidery for some of the biggest names in the industry.

Recently, ABC13’s Localish team toured World Emblem to gain insight into their production process. For those interested in learning more about World Emblem and their services, their website provides additional information on custom patches and other offerings.
