Fujifilm’s Instax Wide 400: Revolutionizing Instant Photography with Larger Prints and Improved Functionality

The Instax Wide 400, the latest addition to the Fujifilm instant camera range, is set to revolutionize the way photographers take instant photos. This new model is a successor to the Instax Wide 300 and has been on the market for ten years, making it the largest model in the Fujifilm instant camera lineup. Despite some minor tweaks to its design, what sets this camera apart is its film format.

The Instax Wide film produces prints that are twice as large as popular Instax Mini film, with dimensions of 108 x 85mm and an image area of 99 x 62mm. This makes it ideal for group portraits or landscapes, offering more detail compared to other Instax films.

One of the major upgrades in this camera is the addition of a self-timer with an LED indicator that provides a visual countdown from 12 seconds. The camera also features two miniature feet on the strap that can be used to prop up the camera at any angle on a table or flat surface, eliminating the need for a tripod. However, this camera does not have autofocus; users must manually adjust focus on the 95mm lens according to their subjects’ distance. There are different focus settings for landscapes and portraits, with an optional close-up lens for a minimum focus distance of just 0.4m.

Unlike other Instax cameras, this model will only be available in one color option – sage green with black detailing. It will hit stores on July 12th at $149.95 / £129.99 and will come with a matching green case priced at £25.99 simultaneously. Photography enthusiasts looking for larger prints and improved functionality should definitely consider this new addition to their collection.

This unique design and features make it perfect for photographers who want larger prints without compromising quality or ease of use. With its intuitive controls and advanced features, it’s easy to see why this new model has already gained popularity among photography enthusiasts worldwide.

Overall, if you’re looking for an upgrade from your current instant camera collection or want something different from traditional photography methods, then Fujifilm’s Instax Wide 400 might just be what you need!
