Amazon has recently resolved a bug that was preventing Kindle users from downloading e-books on devices such as Paperwhite, Oasis, Signature Edition, and Basic. Initially, Amazon acknowledged the server failure causing the problem and advised users that it might take at least 48 hours before the issue could be resolved. However, the company has now announced that the error has been fixed, restoring normal access to e-books for affected users.
Amazon devices spokesperson Jackie Burke confirmed that the issue reported by some Kindle customers was swiftly resolved, allowing users to once again enjoy their e-books on their devices.
