Larken Associates, a real estate building, development, and management firm based in New Jersey, signed a lease with Ann Henry Home Décor for a 2,826-square-foot retail space at Maidencreek Towne Center. The store’s owner, Nancy Michael, expressed excitement about the move and stated that they strive to offer the highest quality of home décor items at the lowest possible prices.
The store officially opened at its new location at the end of February. Maidencreek Towne Center is described as a commercial hub for Blandon and the surrounding areas, catering to businesses of all sizes. Rob Marek, the executive vice president of Raider Realty at Larken expressed enthusiasm about welcoming Ann Henry Home Décor as a new tenant and supporting their future growth.
