In March, the Natrona County Board of County Commissioners unanimously voted to transfer the liquor license of Racks Gentlemen’s Club to a new catering and events center called Season’s Hall. This business will be owned by Johnson Restaurant Group and will be designed specifically for corporate parties, weddings, celebrations of life, fundraisers, and more.
Sonny Pilcher, the owner of Racks, filed for bankruptcy after experiencing financial difficulties with the bar. The bankruptcy court approved the transfer application and was waiting for the board’s decision before proceeding with Racks’ proceedings. Season’s Hall will be located at 2230 Bryan Stock Trail and feature an on-site commercial kitchen, an outdoor garden area and gazebo, bridal and groom suites for weddings, stages, and more.
Season’s Hall will consist of two spaces that can accommodate a large variety of event sizes, seating around 250 people in one space and about 80 in the other. Renovations of the interior facility won’t be extensive, but Johnson hopes to install a cement sound barrier along the road in front of the building to reduce traffic noise during events. He expects to open Season’s Hall by summer 2024.
Johnson is excited to offer this unique catering and events space under his company’s umbrella. He said they are looking forward to hiring staff closer to the opening date. With its prime location and state-of-the-art amenities, Season’s Hall is set to become a premier destination for special events in Natrona County.
