Hollidaysburg, PA – Paul Frederic Anderson, 44, passed away peacefully at UPMC Altoona after a brief illness. Born in Mansfield, Ohio, to Terry and Marci Anderson, he was the middle child of three brothers. David and Emily Anderson are parents to Sydney and Jack while Michael and Jana Anderson have children Misha, Luke and Maggie.

Paul graduated from Hollidaysburg Area High School in 1998 before attending Duke University where he earned a degree in economics in 2002. He had homes in Austin, Texas as well as Pittsburgh and parts of Maryland.

Paul was an avid sports fan with a special love for the Duke Blue Devils, Pittsburgh Steelers and Penn State Nittany Lions. His passion for sports began when he played basketball with his brothers growing up in Hollidaysburg.

The family requests that donations be made to any charity of one’s choice in Paul’s honor. There will be no visitation or service scheduled at this time. Arrangements are being handled by Plank, Stitt & Stevens Funeral Home located on Montgomery Street in Hollidaysburg.
