Biden also humorously mentioned Trump’s $60 “God Bless the USA Bible” that he has been promoting with Lee Greenwood, jokingly expressing interest in buying it to see its contents, which include the text of the Bible, lyrics to Greenwood’s song, and American historical documents. However, the Bible has received negative reviews for its quality.

As Biden campaigns in the state, he emphasized the impact of the Supreme Court decision on abortion rights and Trump’s involvement in the matter. The former president had made promises to appoint conservative Supreme Court justices who would overturn Roe v. Wade, resulting in abortion bans in multiple states. He had also made past comments about punishing women who get abortions, which he later changed to punishing doctors instead.
