Energy Transfer signs on as jersey patch sponsor for the Texas Rangers

In a major announcement, the Texas Rangers have unveiled Energy Transfer as their inaugural jersey patch sponsor in a multiyear agreement. This Dallas-based energy infrastructure company has been a key partner of the team since 2018, with marketing efforts including ballpark signage and radio network advertising.

The partnership will now feature a circle patch on the right sleeve of all six of the Rangers’ jerseys, debuting at the season opener against the Cubs at Globe Life Field. The patch will be in Rangers blue on the four home jerseys and white on the two road jerseys. With this addition, MLB now has 19 teams entering the upcoming season with jersey patch deals, all required to commit to a minimum three-year contract.

This new venture marks a significant step in the Rangers’ relationship with Energy Transfer and represents a continued effort to expand marketing initiatives with key partners. The team is excited about this new partnership and looks forward to continuing its successful collaboration with Energy Transfer throughout the season.
