Last night, England drew against North Macedonia in the qualifiers for the European Championship, but it was of little significance to them as they had already secured their place in the tournament long ago. They lost only four points in these qualifiers and are looking very good ahead of the competition. As always, the English welcome the big competition with great optimism.

Before the final draw takes place on December 2nd, SkySports has been forecasting which groups would be best for England to play in and which ones they would want to avoid at all costs. If England were to end up in a group with Albania, Slovenia, and Serbia, it could be considered a dream scenario for their national team. However, if they were to win Denmark, Netherlands and Croatia in their group stage matches, this would be considered the most difficult draw for them.

England and Croatia were previously grouped together at the last European Championship and England won 1-0 against them. If Croatia were to beat Armenia tonight and go through additional qualifications, there is a possibility that they could finish in fourth place in their group. While no strength groups have been defined yet, SkySports has made these predictions based on current standings and form.
