Tom Brady’s sloppy autographs have caused Massachusetts sports memorabilia collector Glenn Gagnon to express frustration over the loss of his prized New England Patriots items. Gagnon spent thousands of dollars to have these items signed at a Miami conference, but now some of them cannot be authenticated due to the signatures being unclear.
One of the items that Gagnon highlighted was a pair of TB Twelve shoes from a 2018 game. He paid $7,200 for the shoes, but an authenticator rejected them due to the signature being unclear. Gagnon paid a total of more than $14,000 to have multiple items signed by Tom Brady, and now no one wants them because they cannot be verified as authentic.
Gagnon is disappointed that he cannot get his money back for the items that are now worthless due to the unclear autographs. He feels that he was misled by the quality of Tom Brady’s signatures and is frustrated that his prized collectibles are now tarnished. Despite this setback, Gagnon remains dedicated to his passion for collecting sports memorabilia and plans to continue seeking out rare and valuable items in the future.
