Opening Tonight: Husky Heritage Sports Museum

The J. Robert Donnelly Husky Heritage Sports Museum, located in the UConn Alumni Center on the UConn Storrs campus, is a must-visit destination for anyone looking to learn more about the rich history of UConn athletics. The museum will be open to the public for self-guided tours on Monday before and after the NCAA Women’s Basketball Tournament on campus.

The museum tells the story of UConn teams, coaches, and student-athletes who have shaped the legacy of the Husky experience. Visitors can explore exhibits that highlight some of the most memorable moments in UConn athletics history, including championships, iconic players and coaches, and record-breaking performances.

The museum is located at 2384 Alumni Drive, and fans can access it through the front door near the north end of the Sherman Family Sports Complex. It will be open from 4 p.m. to 5:45 p.m. before the 6 p.m. tip-off and then for an hour after the game.
