UTEP President Heather Wilson’s Conflicting Roles Cause Tensions with the NSB

UTEP president Heather Wilson has been named a member of the National Science Board, which oversees the National Science Foundation. As a result, the Foundation has instructed UTEP to halt work on its Aerospace Center due to concerns with its grant proposal.

When we reached out to UTEP for comment from Heather Wilson regarding her dual roles at UTEP and the NSB, we were informed that she was unavailable for an interview as she was traveling.
