Senior from Westhampton Beach High School to Compete in Regeneron International Science and Engineering Fair

Jessica Curran, a senior at Westhampton Beach High School, recently won first place in the plant sciences category at the New York State Science and Engineering Fair on March 27. Her success at the state fair allowed her to advance to the Regeneron International Science and Engineering Fair. Meghan Kelly, another senior at the school, also participated in the state fair alongside Curran and showcased her talents and commitment through her innovative research projects.

Both students impressed judges with their scientific expertise and dedication to their research. Their accomplishments reflect the high caliber of education and resources available at Westhampton Beach High School. By participating in this prestigious competition, they demonstrated their passion for science and set a great example for their peers.
