Next week, there will be a Mental Health Awareness Walk.

In downtown Watertown, New York next week, the 19th Annual Mental Health Awareness Walk will take place. The event is set to happen on Wednesday, May 15 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m and will be held at the Dulles State Office Building before concluding at the Butler Pavilion at J.B. Wise Plaza.

Community health worker Robert Bowen discussed the event on 7 News at Noon in an interview that can be viewed above. During the walk, attendees can expect music, food, informational booths, yoga sessions and other activities.
