Boylan, a sophomore starter from Air Force’s 2023-24 roster, has transferred to Lipscomb University. Boylan played in 30 games last season and averaged 7.2 points, 5.0 rebounds, and 2.1 assists per game. His standout performance was against Wyoming where he scored 32 points on nine 3-pointers. He reached double figures in eight games, including three times in Mountain West play.

Air Force has seen two players from its 2023-24 roster transfer to new programs recently: Boylan and Rytis Petraitis who committed to California. Petraitis led the Falcons in various statistical categories during the season. Both Boylan and Petraitis are eligible to transfer under Academy rules as cadet athletes can transfer until the start of their junior years. The Falcons had a disappointing season with a record of 9-22 and finished at the bottom of the Mountain West standings with a 2-16 conference record.
