Colorado drug screening business owner arrested for suspected sexual assault

Arben “Ben” Duka, the owner of a drug screening business in Aurora, was arrested by the Aurora Police after a woman reported that he sexually assaulted her following a urinalysis sample. The incident was reported in October by a woman who said she was assaulted at Duka’s business, Aurora Employment Testing. Previously known as Wiz Quiz Employment Testing, the business had been operating under this name since March 2015 before Duka changed it in February of the previous year.

Investigators are urging any other potential victims to come forward with their experiences. As the investigation progressed, the Sex Crimes Unit detectives uncovered two additional incidents that took place in 2023 involving Duka and female victims. Both women reported similar incidents of unwanted sexual contact after providing urinalysis samples. The Adams County District Attorney’s Office charged Duka with unwanted sexual contact without consent and invasion of privacy for sexual gratification, both of which are misdemeanors. The case was filed in October, coinciding with the most recent incident reported. The investigation is ongoing, and potential witnesses or victims are encouraged to contact Metro Denver Crime Stoppers at 720.913.STOP (7867) and reference case number AP23-202838.
