Another Bengals standout player has reportedly asked for a trade

Trey Hendrickson, a three-time Pro Bowl defensive end for the Cincinnati Bengals, has reportedly requested to be traded. Despite being under contract for two more years with substantial salaries, Hendrickson is seeking more long-term security. However, the Bengals have not been willing to offer it.

Meanwhile, star wide receiver Tee Higgins has also asked for a trade as he looks for a long-term deal. There have been no contract talks between Higgins and the Bengals in over a year, according to Adam Schefter’s report. This comes after Higgins had an impressive rookie season where he caught 67 passes for 1,095 yards and seven touchdowns.

Despite these trade requests from their top players, the Bengals have reportedly told both Hendrickson and Higgins that they will not move them. This decision may come as a surprise to some as the team has been struggling with injuries and poor performance in recent seasons. However, it seems that the team is determined to keep its core players and build around them for future success.
