Our newly-organized blank check company is focused on middle market and emerging growth technology-focused companies in the Americas. We are open to pursuing an initial business combination opportunity in any business, industry, sector, or geographical location. Specifically, we are interested in companies in SaaS and Technology or Fintech and Financial Services.
Our management team is led by Mr. Patrick Orlando, our Chairman and CEO, who brings with him over 25 years of experience in Finance. Throughout his career, Mr. Orlando has built a strong network and gained valuable knowledge and exposure on a global scale. He has held various executive roles and has been involved in multiple special purpose acquisition corporations (“SPACs”) as Executive, Sponsor, and Director. Some of the SPACs he has been involved in include Yunhong International (Nasdaq: ZGYH), Benessere Capital Acquisition Corporation (Nasdaq: BENE), and Maquia Capital Acquisition Corporation (Nasdaq: MAQC).
