Lynchburg Pod Hosts NCAA Division III Men’s Lacrosse Championship in 2024

The NCAA 2024 Division III men’s lacrosse championship is in full swing, and the University of Lynchburg men’s lacrosse team is hosting the second and third round games on Saturday, May 11 and Sunday, May 12 at the University of Lynchburg on Shellenberger Field. This webpage will be updated throughout the weekend with streaming links, live stats links, results, and other game day content. The teams participating in the championship are the No. 13 Lynchburg Hornets with a record of 14-5 and the No. 16 Washington and Lee Generals with a record of 13-5. The winners of the games between Pfeiffer and Centre, and Lake Forest and Transylvania will go on to play Lynchburg and Washington and Lee, respectively.

The schedule for the second round on Saturday, May 11 includes No. 13 Lynchburg vs Centre/Pfeiffer at 1 p.m. followed by No. 16 Washington and Lee vs Lake Forest/Transylvania at 4 p.m. The third round on Sunday, May 12 will feature a matchup between the winners at 4 p.m.
