Comprise, a full-service public-relations and marketing agency, has announced its acquisition of VisiTech Inc., a technology public relations firm founded in 1998. The acquisition deal, structured as an asset purchase agreement with undisclosed terms, is expected to be finalized on May 1. As part of the agreement, the staff of VisiTech will join the Comprise team, with VisiTech CEO Lisa Tafolla taking on the role of strategic business adviser.
VisiTech’s CEO Doyle Albee expressed excitement about the acquisition, stating that VisiTech’s skills, relationships, expertise, and client base complement their existing business. He sees the acquisition as a natural fit that will benefit both companies. Tafolla reflects on VisiTech’s success and attributes it to her ability to recognize and hire excellent people.
