Cooper Fogle from Caney Valley and Gentry Turner from Bartlesville High were awarded the Athlete of the Year titles at the Patriot Auto Group Night of Scholars and Champions. Both athletes are multi-sport stars who have achieved remarkable feats in various sports and hold impressive rankings in their respective categories.
Gentry Turner has made a name for herself in 6A cross country, achieving a top-5 finish. She is expected to continue her success at the upcoming track and field state competition. On the other hand, Cooper Fogle is known for his prowess in track and field as well as for leading tackles for Caney Valley. He secured the pole vault 2A title last year and placed third this spring.
