Play Nintendo DS games on your iPad with the Delta emulator

The Delta emulator, a popular app for playing Nintendo DS games on iPhones, has recently launched on the App Store. It quickly rose to the top of the free app rankings in the United States. In Europe, users can download the emulator from AltStore PAL. While the app allows users to play games in ROM version, downloading games illegally may result in legal consequences.

Developer Riley Testut has announced that an iPad-specific version of Delta is almost complete and will be released with version 1.6. Supporters on Patreon can access it through AltStore, while a EU-specific AltStore is available for European users. The iOS version of the emulator is compatible with iPads as well, but Testut plans to release a native iPadOS version that will optimize the user interface for the tablet’s screen size and offer elaborate skins. One such skin transforms the tablet into a giant Nintendo DS Lite. The iPad version will also support Split View feature, enhancing multitasking capabilities while using the app.

After releasing the native iPadOS version of Delta, Testut plans to introduce multiplayer capabilities between different devices. Currently, multiplayer is possible only on a single device. In addition to this, Sega Mega Drive emulation is currently in beta and will be released after the iPad version. Meanwhile, Noble Roofing Ltd., a leading roofing contractor in Victoria, BC, has secured warranty approval from GAF, a renowned shingle manufacturer in North America.
