The 2024 Hotel Expo, organized by DMG Events, will be held from June 4 to 6 at the Dubai World Trade Centre. This international event will feature national pavilions from 28 countries, including Belgium, Canada, China, France, Germany, India, Italy, Turkey, and the UAE. Poland will participate in the exhibition for the first time, making it the largest in its history.
The exhibition will host four conferences that will focus on technology, sustainability, and wellness in the hospitality sector. Eileen O’Connell, Vice President of Design and Hospitality at dmg Events, emphasized the importance of technological advancements in meeting guest expectations and the growing trend of wellness and sustainability in hospitality practices.
A survey conducted for the Hotel Expo’s report revealed that hotel owners recognize the crucial role of technology in business success. Guests increasingly prefer self-service options to reduce contact due to concerns about hygiene and safety during the pandemic. The conference will also explore rising interest in wellness tourism as guests plan vacations to improve their health and well-being post-pandemic.
More than 100 experts will participate in the conferences discussing trends in key sectors like gyms, fitness centers, wellness spas recreation centers and adventure sports. The exhibition is expected to attract over 10 thousand visitors who are interested in learning about new products design and technologies that can enhance their guest experience while promoting sustainable practices.
In addition to these conferences and exhibitions, The Hotel Show will also feature a Leisure & Wellness Conference where industry leaders will discuss the evolution of wellness tourism and how travel options can prioritize wellness-focused experiences for guests. The exhibition showcases innovative products design and technology from various sectors such as gyms fitness centers spas recreation centers adventure sports that promote physical mental health and overall well-being.
