42 Thousand New Families Attracted by the Magic of Dubai

Dubai’s population has continued to grow, with an increase of 3.5% in the number of family members and 6.2% in the number of households in 2023. This growth has led to a total of 711,590 families and 2.855 million people residing in the emirate compared to 669,750 families and 2.756 million people in 2022.

The average family size decreased slightly from 4.3 individuals in 2021 to 4 individuals in 2023, while the number of residential communities increased by just 4 new ones, bringing the total to 2,253 communities. However, the number of residents in these communities rose by only a small percentage of just 0.7% compared to the previous year and only a larger percentage of just over 1% compared to two years ago.

Despite this slight increase, Dubai continues to be one of the most populous cities in the world with its population growing steadily year after year. The city’s thriving economy and continuous development projects make it an attractive destination for people looking for new opportunities and better living conditions.
