Hosted by the Abu Dhabi Energy Center from April 21 to 23, the exhibition was organized by the Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology, the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, the Emirates Competitiveness Council (NAFES), and the ADNOC Group.
The event was a huge success, with more than 4,200 young Emiratis attending from various emirates. Over 10,000 immediate interviews were conducted with more than 83 companies, resulting in many Emirati talents obtaining direct employment opportunities in the industrial and advanced technology sector.
The exhibition aimed to highlight the skills and abilities of Emiratis and enhance their participation in the industrial and technological sectors. It provided over 800 job opportunities for Emiratis, including around 150 jobs for citizens of determination in various sectors. This initiative aligned with strategic objectives that promote competitiveness, growth, and diversification in the industrial sector.
Through partnerships with government agencies, private sector companies, training organizations, and job seekers, the exhibition served as a platform to provide opportunities that matched the needs of industry leaders. Immediate jobs were offered during the exhibition along with training programs that facilitated recruitment efforts across different sectors.
The event witnessed an increased turnout compared to its previous edition, with over 4,200 citizens engaging in direct job interviews with leading companies. The positive results of this event signify a significant step forward in promoting Emiratisation within private sector industries such as value-added fields like advanced technology and manufacturing.
Overall, this exhibition played a crucial role in connecting young Emiratis with job opportunities that align with their skill sets while also promoting local talent development through training programs offered at the event.
