The main office on Wood Street is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., while the hours of the satellite locations can be found on the Satellite Locations page.
To ensure safety and convenience, ELRC Region 5 strongly encourages appointments, which can be made in person, virtually, or over the phone. Virtual after-hours personal interviews and provider orientations can also be scheduled as needed.
Recognizing that busy schedules may make it difficult for families and providers to access services during regular business hours, ELRC Region 5 has introduced Tuesday evening phone hours from 5 to 7 p.m. This extended availability aims to provide additional support outside of regular business hours, making their services more accessible and convenient for all.
