The expansion of MU Health Care’s urgent care services in west Jefferson City is set to take place with the opening of a new and larger facility in the 3500 block of West Truman Boulevard. This location will provide more space and additional services such as on-site imaging and lab draw. The facility will be open seven days a week from 7:30 am to 7 pm for walk-in patients starting on May 30.
To accommodate this expansion, MU Health Care has closed its Eastland drive location. However, the Edgewood drive urgent care will remain open until May 29 to ensure continuity of services for patients in Jefferson City. This move reflects MU Health Care’s commitment to providing accessible and comprehensive healthcare to the mid-Missouri community. With the new location, patients can expect quicker access to medical attention when they need it most.
