On Tuesday, April 30 at 6 and 8 p.m., NBC Sports Bay Area will be airing the third episode of season three of The Charge, San José State’s All-Access Show. This episode will feature several exciting moments for the Spartans, including the successes of the ‘Bash Brothers’, the women’s gymnastics team making NCAA Regionals, Emilia Sjostrand’s runner-up finish at the NCAA Indoor Championships, and SJSU’s third straight community service award.
The first segment of the episode will focus on Hunter Dorraugh and Dalton Bowling, also known as the ‘Bash Brothers’, who are rewriting the home run record book at SJSU. The second segment will highlight the women’s gymnastics team’s return to the NCAA Regional at Cal. The third segment will cover Emilia Sjostrand’s runner-up finish at the NCAA Indoor Championships, leading SJSU to its first top-25 finish at nationals. The fourth segment will showcase the Spartans becoming the first Mountain West school to earn three consecutive SAAC Community Service Awards.
