Adele Ankers-Range, a freelance entertainment writer for IGN, shared on Twitter a photo of the new McDonald’s tie-in poster featuring Danny Ramirez as the MCU’s new Falcon. The poster showcases Ramirez dressed in a green suit with a helmet and mechanical wings, which matches the comic book version of the character. Ramirez first appeared as Joaquín Torres in The Falcon and the Winter Soldier series on Disney+ but will take on the role of Falcon in Captain America: Brave New World after Sam Wilson passes him his damaged wings in the show’s second-to-last episode.
In addition to this sneak peek, Marvel Studios also released a McDonald’s toy ad from Brazil that included minifigures of various characters, including two versions of Captain America and Red Hulk, hinting at a transformation for Thaddeus Ross. While details about the plot are still largely unknown, Marvel Studios shared the first footage of Captain America: Brave New World at CinemaCon 2024. The movie will see Falcon and the Star-Spangled Avenger facing off against Red Hulk.
Captain America: Brave New World is set to release in theaters on February 14, 2025, as part of the upcoming wave of MCU films following Deadpool & Wolverine.
