The Celebration of Modern Ag on the National Mall is a showcase of farming equipment and technology organized by the Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM). AEM president Megan Tanel stated that this year’s event is much larger than the one in 2022, with attendees able to engage with agricultural equipment, exhibits, and panel discussions on various topics related to farming.
According to Tanel, the first event made a significant impact, with people enjoying the opportunity to have conversations, explore equipment, and learn something new. Panel discussions at the event cover a wide range of topics, including the Farm Bill and its impacts on Rural America. Representative Dusty Johnson and David Rouzer will participate in a panel discussion moderated by Kip Eideberg, focusing on this important topic.
