Lexington residents are invited to join the UK HealthCare Be Healthy Bash on June 8 at the Fayette County Extension Office. The event, which runs from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., will focus on nutrition, fitness, and emotional wellness to promote overall well-being in the community.
Attendees can take part in health screenings, access health and wellness resources, enjoy free food, participate in cooking demonstrations, try out taste testing, join emotional wellness activities, engage in physical activities and games, and more. Additionally, there will be inflatables for both kids and adults, a petting zoo
