The Portage County Health District is hosting a Community Health Fair and Open House on April 3 from 2 to 6 p.m. at their Ravenna office. The event aims to showcase the district’s programs and services through interactive educational events, providing attendees with valuable information on health and community resources.
Over 20 community partners will be present, offering educational activities at their tables. Food trucks, giveaways, and activities for both children and adults are also promised to make this an engaging event for all who attend. Non-profit organizations like United Way, Community Action Council, Family and Community Services, and other county agencies will be on hand to share information with guests.
The raffle grand prize is a Fitbit Inspire, adding an exciting element to the event. Attendees can expect to learn about funding for septic issues as well as other important health topics. This promises to be an informative and enjoyable event for all who attend the Portage County Health District’s Community Health Fair and Open House.
