Pennsylvania students from various technical schools, including Middle Bucks Institute of Technology (MBIT), recently participated in the 2024 SkillsUSA State Competitions held in Hershey. MBIT had a total of 41 competitors at the event, who collectively earned a total of 16 medals.
The breakdown of the medals included 10 gold, 4 silver, and 2 bronze medals. The gold medal winners from MBIT were comprised of Addisyn Adams, Brianna Grumm, Brielle Zinn, Evgeny Ukraintsev, Allison Morey, Robert Miernicki, Vuluan Truong, Charleigh Buckner, Cole Kleindienst, and Greg Milano. These eight students will have the opportunity to advance to the National SkillsUSA Leadership and Skills Conference in Atlanta, Georgia scheduled for June.
The silver medal winners from MBIT were Brian Daly, William Tantum, Barry Cleaver, and Joseph Cronin. The bronze medalists were Luke Ryan and Emma Hancock. Overall, the competition was a showcase of talent and skills honed by students from various technical schools across Pennsylvania. The success of MBIT students is a testament to the quality education and training they receive at MBIT which prepares them for future success in their chosen careers.
