Small Bake Shop Owners Expanding with New Breakfast Restaurant

Little Bake Shop owners Adrienne Engelhart and Jill Johnson are excited to announce the opening of their new breakfast and coffee restaurant in the West Valley. The establishment is set to open on June 1, offering customers a larger space and more menu options to enjoy.

The new business venture emerged from a collaboration with Brianne Plath, the owner of a historic home located at 68th Avenue and Tieton Drive. Plath saw the potential for a coffee shop at the location, leading to the development of the new restaurant.

The new coffee shop will offer a rotating menu that includes various breakfast sandwiches, quiches, savory scones, and different Danishes. There are plans to introduce a lunch menu in the future, expanding the range of offerings. Despite the expansion, Little Bake Shop will maintain its current menu of pies, cookies
