As the new Chief Digital & Technology Officer, Willi Candra will bring his extensive experience to Conair LLC. Candra previously worked as the Chief Digital and Information Officer at Kimball International, where he led the company’s digital transformation and established a center-led Digital and IT Center of Excellence that enabled commercial success.
Before joining Kimball, Candra held several digital and technology leadership positions at Newell Brands, where he collaborated with business units to enhance commercial growth and accelerate business development. In his new role at Conair, Candra will be responsible for consolidating the digital team, IT, and business support teams to enhance and expedite digital capabilities, including data analytics and program management.
Juster is excited about having Candra join the Conair team. She believes his leadership, coupled with the new organizational structure, will bring increased rigor and help accelerate business growth at all levels.
