Julia is a partner with PwC Singapore’s Digital Regulatory Risk & Compliance practice, specializing in risk and transformation. With over 20 years of experience, she has led various programs in core banking, compliance, operational risk, finance transformation, corporate governance, ERM, and internal audit reviews. In her previous roles as private banking industry lead, banking governance, risk and compliance leader, and digital transformation services leader within the firm, Julia has demonstrated a proven ability to connect the dots and co-create practical solutions for clients’ specific needs.
Outside of her client work, Julia is actively involved in giving back through board directorship and mentoring. She currently serves on the Boards of Trustees for ISEAS (Institute of Southeast Asian Studies) and the Building Construction Authority as well as the Governance and Audit Committee of the Singapore Heart Foundation. Julia also mentors with the Young Women Leadership Connection and Mentorshub. Her leadership skills have been recognized by many organizations that have given her opportunities to serve on their boards. She is a sought-after advisor on regulatory risk management and compliance issues in various industries including banking wealth management capital markets intermediaries non-FIs.
