New York Red Bulls rally behind Wings for Life World Run

The Wings for Life World Run is recognized as the largest running event in the world, attracting over 200,000 participants from 195 countries each year. This event is open to people of all abilities, whether they choose to run, walk, or participate in a wheelchair.

One of the unique aspects of the Wings for Life World Run is its format, which accommodates individuals of various fitness levels. Instead of a fixed finish line, the race features a virtual “Catcher Car” that starts 30 minutes after the race begins. Once the Catcher Car passes you, your race officially concludes.

The activation for the Wings for Life World Run includes new arena and on-field branding, as well as special promotions aimed at encouraging fans to sign up for the event. The run is scheduled globally for May 5 at 7 am ET and serves as a fundraiser for research efforts to find a cure for spinal cord injuries.
